I/ Ingredients

To complete this dish, you will need the following ingredients:

– 400-700g of fresh soft-shell crabs
– 1 chicken egg
– Some crispy frying flour
– Tomatoes, cucumbers, and lettuce for garnish
Ingredients for the sauce:
– Tamarind paste
– Fish sauce
– Seasoning powder
– Salt
– Ground chili

II/ Stir-Fried Soft-shell crab with tamarind

Step 1: Prepare the Soft-Shell Crabs

– Wash the soft-shell crabs thoroughly and remove their gills. Then rinse them with cold water and let them drain.
– Cut the soft-shell crabs in half and marinate them with a little seasoning powder, sugar, and salt to allow the flavors to penetrate the crabs.

Step 2: Prepare the Frying Mixture for the Crabs

– Crack the chicken egg into a bowl, beat it well, and roll the crabs in the egg mixture.
– Next, coat the crabs with crispy frying flour.

Step 3: Fry the Soft-Shell Crabs
